The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen and large beds. the location was fantastic, just a short walk away from major attractions and restaurants.

The bed sheets were not in great condition, and the noise from the air conditioning/heating units in our room was quite loud at night. these were just minor inconveniences that didn't overshadow the overall positive experience.

We were thrilled with the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk to the Foggy Bottom Metro station. This made it easy for us to explore all the attractions in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast and had a cozy bar/restaurant with an excellent happy hour.

The only downside was the limited parking space available, which made it a bit challenging to find a spot for our vehicle.

Good overall experience. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, but everything was perfect.

As youngsters, we loved the spacious double queen suite with separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. It felt like a little apartment, perfect for a family of 4. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was great for exploring Georgetown. Totally kid-friendly, we would definitely come back.

This hotel was the perfect base for exploring the city. It was located within walking distance to many of the monuments and Georgetown. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket if you wanted to eat in. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed, great shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the lobby bar was a nice spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel did not have any fitness facilities on-site.

I recently stayed at Avenue Suites for a few nights while visiting Georgetown. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk over the bridge to a variety of great restaurants and shops. The suite I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a separate living room area and kitchen which made it very comfortable. The staff at Avenue Suites were exceptional, always pleasant and helpful. I also appreciated the convenience of having a laundry facility in the basement. The room service offered limited options but the food was enjoyable and healthy. The hotel is conveniently located on the circulatory bus route, making it easy to get around. I had a wonderful experience at Avenue Suites and would highly recommend it.

I found it very expensive in relation to what we actually received. And I also didn't like that they don't have breakfast even though they have an option to pay for it at the hotel but it was very bad.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect for us as it was just across the bridge from Georgetown and slightly outside the downtown area. This made it easy for us to explore all the attractions that we wanted to visit in Washington D. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a separate bedroom and living room. Having an additional kitchen room was a great bonus, as it allowed us to save money by cooking our own meals. The hotel also provided excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and received impeccable customer service throughout our stay.

On the last floor, there was a lot of noise from the equipment on the roof and as a result the room had to be changed.

We loved the location of this hotel! It was so convenient to have the Foggy Bottom Metro station nearby, making it easy to explore all the DC highlights. Plus, being within walking distance of Georgetown was a huge perk. The spacious room and fully equipped kitchenette were a bonus, and having a Trader Joe's just steps away made it convenient for stocking up on food supplies. we had a great stay at Avenue Suites!

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a kitchen and full fridge. the hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to the Metro, a Trader Joe's, and plenty of restaurants. We were able to walk to attractions like the White House and National Mall without any issues. the staff was also friendly and went above and beyond to help us, even loaning us umbrellas when it was raining.

One downside was the parking situation. the hotel charged $50 for parking and didn't provide an additional spot for our second car, even though we had booked three rooms and requested a spot in advance.

Loved the convenient location for exploring downtown DC and the amazing collection of museums. The hotel had great meeting spaces and a virtual business center. Plus, my four-legged companion had plenty of dog-friendly parks nearby.

The famous 1800 painting of George Washington didn't match my decor, such a disappointment.

The value for money; the calm (I slept beautifully); the general atmosphere (clean, comfortable, relaxed, welcoming, without overdoing it; sense of service. And above all: when you are far from home, when you are travelling alone, it is particularly appreciated to feel good, safe and secure, and to sleep in absolute peace.

Generally super, it is difficult to point out the drawbacks, only the equipment in the kitchen a bit old, but super working. In the bathroom, in addition to the rain shower, there could be a shower handle
